A wholly owned subsidiary of CAV Aerospace,RCL Industries has been operating in Central and Eastern Europe for over 20 years.

RCL has a base in Rzeszow, south eastern Poland, with its head office in the UK. The company employs a highly qualified team of engineers and linguists, and has the ability to co-ordinate complex projects of any scale and in many languages, offering rapid development opportunities alongside significant cost saving potential.

Initially a project and supply chain management business, offering opportunities to source from low cost suppliers for any customer across many
market sectors, RCL has recently expanded into in-house manufacturing,
specifically small component (<1m) machining.

  • Spindle: 7,500rpm, 20HP, high torque vector drive

  • C Axis with live tooling
  • Magazine bar feeder – 50.8mm dia capacity
    
    
• 2 x FADAL 15-20 Vertical Machining Centre:
  • Traverse: 500mm x 400mm x 500mm
  • SSpindle: 4000rpm, 15H
